New Year New Muscle Fitness Challenge
Join our New Year New Muscle Fitness Challenge where you will receive 3 InBody scans to track your progress. The goal is to gain as much lean muscle mass as you can in 8 weeks, we will have 1 male and 1 female winner that will receive a cash prize and a 60 minute massage.
During this challenge you will have group chat access for accountability, recipes, exercises, workouts and more. You will also receive a nutrition guide provided by our Registered Dietitian Lauren Marshall and access to our Motiv8 App so you can access strength workouts you can do at home or at a gym.
This challenge will start on January 19th and end on March 16th and once you have signed up we will be in touch to schedule your initial InBody scan which must be done by January 23rd. To complete the challenge you must do an initial scan during the first week and your last scan during the last week. The 2nd InBody scan is optional if you choose to opt out for that scan.
